THE 3EM EIG

An economic interest group

3EM is an economic interest group (EIG) which develops technical and operational expertise for the development of renewable marine energy. It is particularly dedicated to sea water air conditioning (SWAC) and ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC).

The 3EM EIG brings together scientific and technical competences for successful SWAC and OTEC projects : from feasibility and engineering studies to project management for maritime work and from economic analysis to regulatory studies.

Expertise in project management, 3EM EIG offers a range of expertise through membership investment and skills used in synergy.
